Roger Knak, Hospital Administrator, has over 25 year of experience providing and managing healthcare.   Prior to coming to Fairview Roger was Administrator/CEO at Russell Regional Hospital in Russell Kansas.   Roger’s degrees include; an Associate Degree in Biology from Dodge City Community College, Dodge City Kansas, an Associate Degree in Nursing from University of the State of New York, Albany NY, a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University in Wichita KS, and a MBA from Friends University in Wichita KS.  Roger is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Gary Bonham is Director of Diagnostic Services. Gary joined Fairview Regional Medical Center in 1976.  He attended Northwestern University , OSU and Phillips University .  Being born and raised in Helena, Oklahoma, strong family ties brought him to Fairview Hospital in 1976. He assumed the Radiology Director position and also worked in the Laboratory. Today, Gary oversees all diagnostic services. He is one of the co-founders of the Northwest Oklahoma consortium that includes seven Northwest Area hospitals

Jamie Eitzen is the Director of Finance. Jamie joined the hospital staff in January of 2002. She has 13 years of business office and financial experience, and is working toward a degree in Finance. In her role of Director of Finance, she is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of hospital operations.

Tamara Eitzen, RN, Director of Nursing. Tamara has been with Fairview Regional Medical Center since December of 1982. She worked as a charge nurse on the floor from 1982-1996 and in 1996 she assumed the position of Director of Nursing. Tamara graduated in May 1982 from Wesley School of Nursing in Wichita, Kansas with her R.N. Diploma. In 2004 she graduated from Oklahoma University College of Nursing with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She holds the following certifications, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, CEN, ENPC, Fetal Monitoring & PCEP.

Macky Martin, Director of Human Resources. Macky joined the hospital in 2002. Macky received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma. Her 20 years of experience complements her responsibilities in Human Resources, HIPAA, and Regulatory Compliance
